We provide comprehensive range of service in relation to imported labour.
Our scope of service is providing solution and advice on “free-of-charge” basis to employer in applying imported labour from Hong Kong Government, including but not limited to:
1. Imported Workers Scheme (overseas labour** included)
2. Imported Workers under the Supplementary Labour Scheme
3. Special Scheme of personal care workers for elderly care home

**Countries of overseas labour such as Indonesia, Philippines etc. in which some industries i.e. hotel, F&B, and construction sector may have interest in imported workers.
Application Procedure:
- Before application of the scheme, client should prove it could not employ local staff/workers through normal employment channel at the designated time frame.
- Client should apply quota from respective bureau/department of the HKSAR (i.e. Social Welfare Dept – elderly care worker; Transport & Logistics Bureau – aviation industry).
- Quota successfully approved by HKSAR.
- We arrange with our Chinese business partner to locate suitable workers.
- Arrange client to face to face interview with the workers, if necessary.
- Appropriate workers and employer should complete application form together with required documentation and submit the same to Immigration Dept. of HKSAR.
- Working visa / permit approved to the workers generally at a period up to 24 months or the time allowed specified in the “Standard Employment Contract”, whichever is earlier.
- Workers’ quarter to be arranged before workers’ start date.
- Statutory insurance coverage for importation of workers should be provided to the workers at employers’ expense.
- Employer should provide full fare in respect of travel fee, visa/permit charges (including fees of extension of stay, if applicable) to and from HKSAR and workers’ place of origin during the whole period of employment.
